UK-based property investment manager, Rockspring Property Investment Managers Ltd (formerly PRICOA Property Investment Management Limited), has purchased the Kompassi shopping centre, located in Hollola, Finland from Finnish property investment company Polar Real Estate Ltd for €7.2 million.
The transaction is yet another indication of the strong presence of international investment activity in Finland.
Aberdeen Property Investors Finland Oy acted as Rockspring’s advisor on the transaction.
With this profitable transaction Polar Real Estate Ltd reduces the value of its assets located outside Helsinki Metropolitan Area (HMA) to below 5 % of the total assets value and continues to concentrat on office properties in HMA.
