Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark has acquired five commercial properties in Ballerup, Copenhagen. The total size of the properties is equivalent to 44,500 m2.

Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark is also pleased to announce that it has raised an additional EUR 20m as at 30 June 2006. The additional investment was made by a new investor, the Danish Pension Fund for Lawyers and Economists (JØP) and two existing investors. The fund now has over EUR 300m under management.
