Aberdeen Property Investors The Netherlands BV has purchased from Rodamco Europe a portfolio of assets, including 150 individual centre-location unit shops across the Netherlands.
With this transaction, Aberdeen strongly emphasises its role as property investor in the Dutch market. The sale took place via a structured bidding process executed by real estate agent “Troostwijk makelaars”. Aberdeen was not represented by a real estate agent.
For this portfolio, possibly completed with other acquisitions, Aberdeen will launch a fund for institutional investors. The issue of shares will take place after the summer by the Aberdeen Amsterdam office.
