For the second consecutive year, Aberdeen Asset Management plc has been named the leading investment manager for Western Europe and the Nordic & Baltic regions in the Euromoney Awards for Excellence in Real Estate. In addition, Aberdeen’s strong performance has earned it the top position in the Global category.
Aberdeen’s property division Aberdeen Property Investors, is a leading property investment manager with more than EUR 9 billion under management through property funds or management mandates. The division employs 500 professionals in offices in ten countries.
Over the past 12 months, Aberdeen has successfully launched several international property funds, including the very first European fund of funds, an Asian Fund of Funds and most recently a Pan-Nordic property fund.
