The fund is designed to invest in commercial properties in Denmark, with a focus on office properties in the Greater Copenhagen area.
As as 31 December 2009 the equity amounts to approximately DKr 2 billion (EUR 0.3 billion). The value of the portfolio is DKr 5.6 billion (EUR 750 million), with a target gearing of 60% in the long term.
The number of investors totals 44 limited partners. The fund is structured as a partnership in which each shareholder is liable only for the capital contributed. Aberdeen Property Investors Denmark A/S manages the fund.
