This is designed to invest in commercial properties in Denmark, with a focus on office properties in the Greater Copenhagen Area.
With the latest capital increase (December 2007) equity reached approximately DKK 1.9 billion (EUR 259 million). The value of the portfolio is DKK 4.4 billion (EUR 590 million), with gearing of 60 per cent in the long term.
The number of investors totals 40 limited partners. The fund is structured as a partnership in which each shareholder is liable only for the capital contributed. Aberdeen Property Investors Denmark A/S manages the fund.
