This is an open-ended, value-added fund aimed at developing a diversified property portfolio comprising retail, office and logistics properties located mainly outside the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The target annual distributable dividend is 6%, the target return on equity is 10% p.a., and the total return target is over 7.5% p.a.
