Property funds: a range of Aberdeen collective funds for clients seeking indirect investment in actively managed funds of national or international scope. For details go to Funds.
Indirect investment management: these are (1) portfolios of third-party property funds managed for separate account clients and (2) pooled vehicles comprising third-party property funds - our funds-of-funds products. These products and services are handled by a specialised team: Aberdeen Property Investment Indirect Investment Management - API IIM.
Direct property portfolios: discretionary investment management mandates for separate account clients. Portfolios are customised to meet the investment objectives of each client in terms of geography, sector, risk and return.
