A property fund designed to invest in a diversified portfolio of commercial properties in the Nordic region.
This value-added fund aims to provide investors with exposure to an actively managed portfolio that is broadly diversified with respect to property sectors, geography, type of tenants and length of lease contracts. The aim is to generate best possible returns to investors. The target is a long-term return on equity of at least 10% p.a.
