The purpose of the Aberdeen Property Funds SICAV-FIS Pan-Nordic (“the Fund”) is to provide investors with exposure to an actively managed and broadly diversified property portfolio in the Nordic region. The objective of the Fund is to deliver superior risk adjusted returns to investors.
The Fund employs a value added strategy with a focus on commercial properties with active management or redevelopment potential. The Fund has a geographical focus on the Nordic and Baltic (<15%) countries and the portfolio is diversified with respect to regions, segments, risk characteristics, composition of tenants and length of lease contracts.
