The fund is designed for Swedish and international investors seeking the benefits of efficient diversification and active management of their property exposure.
The fund’s goal is to build up a balanced and well-diversified core-plus portfolio comprising four segments, namely, office, outlets/retail, residential and warehouse/logistics properties. The allocation strategy is aimed at generating a consistently stable return and long-term value growth for investors and outperforming the Swedish Property Index’ (‘SFI/IPD’) annual total return (‘standing investments’).
