The UK Active Property Fund aims to deliver stable and secure high-income returns by investing in the commercial property market in the United Kingdom. Investors also have the potential for growth in the capital value of their investment.
The fund was launched and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange in February 2005. Applications for shares can be made monthly and investors can redeem shares quarterly.
